Cathy, this time I don&#039;t think this was a typo because large amounts of oil were mentioned twice, once for roasting the meat and then for roasting the vegetables. 

In the case of Avoca, I would agree with you that some of the things I questioned were plain errors. Case in point is Lakeshore Pork. First edition of the book called for 300g Lakeshore mustard. Most recent edition calls for 2 tablespoons! 

I&#039;ll be very interested in the next edition of Avoca salads whenever it comes out as I brought what (in my humble opinion) were errors, to their attention.</description>

		<description>I wonder was it a typo? You found some errors in the Avoca book, didn&#039;t you? Maybe there are some in ALL cookbooks, and either we shrug them off because we don&#039;t follow  recipes blindly, or the dish turns out wrong and we wonder why...</description>
